Gift Refund Policy

This refund policy covers gift purchases placed on giftlocal.com or affiliated sites:

Gift Local will provide a full refund of the gift amount (the transaction amount less a 5% processing fee, already paid by Gift Local on behalf of the purchaser) under the following circumstances:

1. No portion of the value of the Gift Card has been used, AND

2. The request for a refund is made by the Gift Purchaser, in writing (including email), within 30 days of the purchase date

Gift Local will only issue a refund to the Gift Purchaser and to the credit card used to purchase the gift.

Gift Local will not refund a partially used gift.

Gift Local will not refund a gift purchased more than 30 day prior to the refund request.
